The second evening show of the Twelfth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival rolled out yesterday, August 24, on Red Square.
On the eve of the grand opening of Twelfth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival the organizers held a special press conference to brief all media representatives about the details of this year’s production as well as thank them all for the information support provided to the main military music celebration of the country throughout all these years.
This year the Band of the Chinese PLA is returning to Moscow's Red Square. After its successful performance back in 2015, the group is once again ready to strike the audiences of the Twelfth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival.
The Festival has already reached its halfway mark but the cobblestones of Red Square continue to welcome new guests.
The Band of the People's Liberation Army was established in 1947. Since 1952 their headquarters has been in Beijing. The group features a symphonic band, a wind band, a music studio and a group of wind music instructors.
From August 23 to September 1, 2019, Moscow's Red Square will be hosting the Twelfth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival. Thirty best artistic ensembles from twelve countries will perform on the cobblestones of Red Square, in the very heart of Russia.
