BEIJING, Dec.13 -- In early December, the 42nd Chinese naval escort taskforce, which was carrying out the escort mission in waters of the Gulf of Aden, successfully completed the replenishment at sea.
The comprehensive supply ship CNS Hoh Xil Hu provided fuel, fresh water, staple and non-staple food and other materials for the guided-missile destroyer CNS Huainan and guided-missile frigate CNS Rizhao respectively, guaranteeing the subsequent escort missions.
After the supply of fuel, vegetables, fruits and other living necessities in a safe and swift manner at sea, the taskforce organized cross-deck communication and cultural and sports activities for the troops to relieve their pressure on duty.
