BEIJING, Nov.1 -- A combined-arms battalion under the PLA 73rd Group Army carried out drills in a mountainous region of eastern Anhui Province. Troops of more than ten arms coordinated to attack the target fortifications. Under the cover of the artillery troops, and relying on the real-time information sharing through digital vehicle terminal, the attacking groups from different directions seized and controlled the target fortifications.
