BEIJING, Oct. 27 -- Chinese State Councilor and Defense Minister General Wei Fenghe recently had a telephone conversation with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, said Senior Colonel Tan Kefei, spokesperson for China's Ministry of National Defense, at a regular press conference on Thursday. According to the spokesperson, the two sides exchanged views on international and regional issues of common concern.
