BEIJING, Sept.15 -- Recently, a pontoon brigade of the army under the PLA Central Theater Command conducted a floating pontoon bridge building drill on the Yangtze River. A floating pontoon bridge over 1000 meters long with a load of 60 tons was built up across the river within 20 minutes.
