BEIJING, Jan.31 -- Upon the request of the Kingdom of Tonga for volcanic disasters' relief, naval vessels dispatched by the Chinese military left from southern China's Guangzhou City to deliver to Tonga the second batch of emergency supplies assistance provided by China, announced Senior Colonel TanKefei, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of National Defense on Monday.
