BEIJING, Nov. 22 -- Recently, nine J-7 fighter jets attached to a brigade of the PLA Air Force under the Eastern Theater Command left an airbase in Southeast China's Guangdong Province and headed for an academy of aviation forces. They have been decommissioned from the active service and replaced by J-10C fighter jets, with which new flight training program also has been implemented.
