什么是“中国共产党中央委员会全体会议”
中国共产党中央委员会，是由中国共产党全国代表大会选举产生的中国共产党核心权力机构，简称中共中央，它是中国共产党全国代表大会闭会期间党的最高领导机关。

中央委员会全体会议由中央政治局召集，每年至少举行一次。每届中央委员在五年的任期内召开数次期中全体会议，即几届几中全会。改革开放以来，每一届中央委员会通常要召开七次全体会议，即“一中全会”到“七中全会”。
