The whole army and the armed police force are called upon to study the important speech of General Secretary Hu Jintao of the CPC Central Committee and carry out in a deep-going way the study and education activity of the success of the first manned spaceflight and turn the spirit of the manned spaceflight into great impetus of undertaking all kinds of causes.

　　China's spaceflight program is a trans-century strategic project carried out under the leadership of the Central Committee of the CPC. The success of the first manned spaceflight symbolized that China has become the third country in independently mastering the manned spaceflight technology in the world. This is another great undertaking in climbing the summit of the science and technology of the world by the Chinese people and a milestone in China's spaceflight development process. This is also another splendid achievement in promoting the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and another important contribution for the world spaceflight cause. The Party and people will not forget the contribution made by numerous space workers for the country, people and nation. The great cause generates great spirits. In the long-term struggle, the vast number of space workers have not only created an outstanding miracle, but also forged the unique manned spaceflight spirit in enduring hardships, fighting, trouble-shooting and dedication. This great spirit is the development of that of the "A-bomb, H-bomb and artificial satellite" in the new period and the vivid reflection of the great national spirit, which is worthy of study in our lifetime.

　　The success flight of the "Shenzhou" V greatly kindled the determination and pride of all nationalities of the country. In recent days, a progressive spirit appears in the country and patriotism is overflowing in the heart of officers and men. The whole army and armed police force should combine reality with the earnest study and implementation of the experience and inspiration of manned spaceflight program, especially the heroic deed of "Space Hero" Yang Liwei and combine this study with the study and implementation of the important thought of "Three Represents", so as to develop the spirit of manned spaceflight and transform the spirit of patriotism and political ardent fervor into actual action in carrying forward all kinds of work.
