Lieutenant General - Cui Tianmin
¡¡¡¡ Born in Shaanxi Province in 1912 and passed away in 1991.

Cui Tianmin was conferred the military rank of lieutenant general in 1955.


¡¡¡¡ Cui Tianmin loved reading even in his old age.

¡¡¡¡Cui Tianmin was addressing the military-civilian meeting held in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Base.
