Chinese and foreign senior officers hold seminar in NDU

　　Recently, the Department of Basic Courses of the National Defense University (NDU) held an entirely new sort of seminar themed "army building and education management" and organized Chinese and foreign officers to exchange their views on nine aspects including "encouragement of fighting spirit", "personnel system of officers", "building of military legal system" and "welfare and special care policies". The seminar achieved good results.
