On July 19, with the air-raid siren sounded, the combat service personnel of a missile battalion of the air force under the Jinan Military Area Command got ready for launching missiles within only 4 minutes. The battalion has carried out pertinent trainings since it shouldered the responsibility of Olympic security, which has further enhanced the troops' rapid response capability under unknown conditions.
