Guo Boxiong, military deputy to the NPC, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, emphasized at the group discussion of the PLA delegation attending the 1st Session of the 11th NPC that the current session is an important meeting held at the crucial time of deepening the study and implementation of the essence of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and speeding up the construction of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The Government Work Report delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao is a good one that keeps pace with the times, is keen on blazing new trails, is truth-seeking and pragmatic, and inspires people to press ahead.
