BEIJING, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese characters for democracy (Minzhu) turned up to be one of the most extensively used political concept in Hu's keynote speech on Monday to the landmark national congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), showing up at least 60 times.
