The PLA delegation attending the 5^th Session of the 10^th National People's Congress was formed on March 3. Guo Boxiong is voted to be the leader of the delegation and Cao Gangchuan, Xu Caihou and Li Jinai will be the deputy leaders. It's said that the PLA delegation attending the 5^th Session of the 10^th National People's Congress will be divided into eight groups to take par in session activities.
