　　The training course with the special topic of military training in the army under informationalization conditions opened yesterday in the National Defense University upon the approval of the Central Military Commission (CMC). Liang Guanglie, member of the Central Military Commission and chief of general staff of the PLA underlined in his mobilization speech that it is a must to earnestly study and comprehend CMC Chairman Hu Jintao's important instructions and the spirit of the PLA military training conference, seek a further cognitive consensus on promoting the transformation of military training, and plan and push forward the military training from a new height.

　　Liang Guanglie placed emphasis on earnestly studying and comprehending Chairman Hu Jintao's important instructions on boosting the transformation of military training, on getting a clear and full understanding of the importance and necessity of promoting the transformation of military training, and further enhancing the sense of responsibility and consciousness. It is also required to do this with a scientific approach and a pragmatic style of work, put in time and energy in planning the development, in studying and identifying solutions, and put forth practical and workable measures so as to offer effective guidance to boosting the transformation of military training.
