Liang Guanglie said that China and the United States are two large countries with great influences in today's world. The constructive cooperative relations between China and the United States not only comply with the fundamental interests of the two countries and their people, but also have important and positive influences on the development of Asian and Pacific regions and international situations. The relationship between the two armed forces is an important component part of the relationship between the two countries. China is glad to see that the relationship between the two militaries has been gradually restored and improved in last two years under the care and push of the leaders of the two countries, thus showing a momentum of sound development. We believe that the Chinese and the US militaries will write a new chapter of the development of the relationship between the two militaries with the joint efforts and wisdom of the two sides.
