　　At the invitation of the defense departments of Venezuela and Argentina, Li Jinai, member of the Central Military Commission and director of the General Political Department of the PLA, and his party, left Beijing on September 4 for official friendly visits to the above-mentioned two countries.

　　The members of the delegation include: Li Yunzhi, deputy political commissar of the Shenyang Military Area Command, and Gao Wusheng, deputy political commissar of the Nanjing Military Area Command, etc.

　　Tang Tianbiao, deputy director of the PLA General Political Department, and Zhang Bangdong, director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense, saw the delegation off at the Capital Airport in Beijing.
