PLA Daily 2005-06-14 　　 　　The videoconference on the education to maintain the advanced nature of the Party members of the army was held in Beijing on June 13th. The conference summarized the educational activities being carried out by the Party committees and organs at regiment level and above in the army, and made arrangements for the educational activities in grassroots units. Xu Caihou, member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the CPC and vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, emphasized at the conference that all Party organizations of the army should attach great importance to maintaining the advanced nature of the Party, and the whole process of educational activities should be run through by seeking unity of thinking, deepening the understanding, ensuring the quality of educational activities, enhancing practical effects, reinforcing guidance, and organizing the activities in a scientific way.
