Guo Boxiong, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central
Committee and vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, emphasized
at the Meeting for Exchanging Experience on Study and Implementation of
the Important Thought of "Three Represents" held on 26th that the PLA
should, in light of the arrangements made by the Party Central Committee
and the Central Military Commission, work hard to fully comprehend and
grasp the scientific system of the important thought of "Three
Represents", use it to guide our practice and promote military reform,
link it with our practical work and use it to remold our subjective and
objective world. He also stressed that the study and implementation of the
important thought of "Three Represents" should be carried forward in depth
and width so as to lift our understanding of the important thought of
"Three Represents" to a new height, have new harvests in our study and
understanding, and yield new success in our implementation.
Xu Caihou, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee,
member of the Central Military Commission and director of the PLA General
Political Department presided over the meeting.
The meeting concluded in Beijing on July 27th. Twenty-nine
outstanding units and individuals exchanged their experience, and eighteen
units and individuals made speeches at the meeting.
