Yesterday, Liao Xilong, member of the Central Military Commission, director of the PLA Environment Protection and Afforestation Committee and director of the General Logistics Department emphasized at the on-the-spot meeting for barracks environment construction that barracks environment construction is an important part of national environment construction, a concrete demonstration of the mental outlook, comprehensive quality and battle effectiveness of the army, and an essential element of the military changes with Chinese characteristics.
