The 6th company of a general communication center under the Beijing Military Area Command, which was once elected "the Advanced Telephone Service Unit of the Army" by the general headquarters, succeeded in working out a range of communication support methods integrating collective training, teaching and scientific research. In view of the difference between the old and new equipment, they have doubled their efforts in computer operation training resulting in boosting the informationization level of the company dramatically. During their training, they have invented 10 new training methods such as network confrontation and phonetic recognition. In addition, they have also compiled a number of teaching materials on their own such as " Chief Operator's Manual", " Collection of Duty Handling", which are conducive to ensuring standardized and orderly training.
