In light of the characteristics of air defense operation in modern cities, the PLA Guiyang Garrision in Guizhou Province has organized its militia air aircraft artillery elements, anti-aircraft machinegun elements and guided missile elements to undergo rigorous air defense trainings through which the air defense capabilities of these elements have been greatly beefed up.
