In response to the actual needs of performing guard mission and dealing with contingencies under the new situation, the 2nd Detachment of the Armed Police Hunan Contingent has adhered to the practice of carrying out military training featuring new technologies and the training in mountainous areas simultaneously. It took its troops to mountainous and forest areas to let its officers and men undergo intensive and highly difficult mock-combat training under various complicated situation to hone their exquisite combat skill and boost their fighting morale. Through these trainings, the detachment has successfully worked out over 10 new fighting and training methods and the combat power of its troops has also been remarkably boosted.
