In order to earnestly carry out the spirit of the experience-exchange-meeting of the whole army on studying and implementing the important thought of "Three Represents" in a deeper way, the General Staff Headquarters of the PLA organized the advanced model lecture group to make a lecture tour to the affiliated troop units to give public lectures on the experience of studying and implementing the important thought of "Three Represents". The first public lecture was held yesterday in Beijing. More than one thousand officers and men from organs of the General Staff Headquarters, troop units, colleges and schools listened to the impressive and inspiring lecture.
The advanced model lecture group consists of 12 members. Their lectures have revealed the lively practice of all the units of the General Staff Headquarters on studying and implementing in a deeper way the important thought of "Three Represents", Jiang Zemin's thinking on national defense and army building in particular.
