At 10:38am on August 3, a heavy rain suddenly poured down in torrents in a city in northeast China when a unit of the Shenyang Military Area Command was conducting an air raid drill under emergency conditions. In the face of the heavy rain, the unit decided to take advantage of the opportunity to expand its training contents and training difficulties and enabled the troops to receive a special test.
