Soldiers of an anti-aircraft artillery brigade of the Beijing Military Area Command take the place where they are stationed as their second hometown and actively make contributions to local economic development. For years, the brigade has dispatched over 1,000 vehicles/times and 30,000 persons/times to help local governments with various missions such as flood fighting and emergency rescue and disaster relief operations, forest fire fighting as well as tree planting, etc. and their actions have been highly praised by the local people.
