The training course for reserved real estate management information system of the PLA concluded yesterday, and the reporter learned from the course that with the joint efforts of real estate management departments at various levels, the PLA has successfully established a reserved real estate management information system that boasts a series of sub-systems, such as basic data system, file management system, classified management system, maintenance management system, emergent support system, etc. It indicates that the dynamic management and IT application of the army's reserved real estate have been brought to a new high.
It is learned that the reserved real estate management information system could provide various services, such as providing management personnel and operation departments with real estate information from other parts of the country, providing synchronized feedback of management status, and carrying out follow-up and controlling operation of the real estate readjustment and utilization process and so forth, and such services can be obtained only by clicking the mouse of a computer.
