While doing a good job in military training, a Red Army regiment under the Shenyang Military Area Command pays attention to its agricultural and sideline production. All the companies in the regiment are experiencing another bumper harvest this year in terms of vegetables they grow in their barracks. Some of the pumpkins they grow are as big as 100 odd kilos each. Soldiers are seen in the picture comparing notes in growing vegetables around a huge pumpkin.
