The Hunan Provincial Military Command has teamed up with several civilian scientific research units and hi-tech enterprises respectively to develop technical projects，such as application of computer programming, command and control, and digitalization of artillery system, etc. so as to give maximum play to the combat efficiency of its existing weaponry and equipment.
