Recently, the adaptability test of a type of frontier patrol vehicle in frigid area carried out by an auto testing ground of the PLA General Armaments Department has been successfully concluded in Heilongjiang Province. This type of frontier patrol vehicle is developed to meet the requirement of mid and long distance frontier patrol. Tests of about 10 items of military vehicle adaptability in frigid area, such as vehicle heating test, vehicle windshield defrosting test, are conducted, which provides precise data for finalizing this type of patrol vehicle.
