In late February, the area to the north of the Great Wall was suddenly hit by snow, a signal communication regiment under the Beijing Military Area Command immediately seized the opportunity to organize field training for its troops. During the training, the NCOs spontaneously organized a "Party members mutual aid team" to pass on experience, help and guide new soldiers, and their action greatly boosted training efficiency.
