Yesterday afternoon, the PLA delegation attending the Second Session of the Tenth National People's Congress held its second plenary session, and 13 deputies aired their views on how to adhere to the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) over the army, how to promote military changes with Chinese characteristics and how to realize coordinated development between national defense construction and economic development. Guo Boxiong, head of the delegation attended the session, Cao Gangchuan, deputy head of the delegation, presided over the session and Xu Caihou, another deputy head of the delegation, Liang Guanglie, Liao Xilong, Li Jinai attended the session together with other deputies.
