Recently, 100 topnotch NCOs selected by a pontoon bridge brigade of the Guangzhou Military Area Command gathered together to attend a special ceremony, formally acknowledging some related experts as their supervisors. In the light of the fact that the elements of this brigade cover a wide range of specialized fields and have high scientific and technological contents which in turns put higher demands upon the quality of NOCs, the brigade decided to select 100 excellent NCOs for intensive training. To this purpose, the brigade engaged 20 related experts as "supervisors" of these NOCs, who will help these NCOs determine their scientific research topics and help them solve difficult problems the NCOs came across in their research process.
