After five years of hard work, an online information management system for the allocation of eletromechanical equipment was developed by an equipment technology research institute of the Navy, making it possible for the Navy to receive, distribute and manage eletromechanical equipment online and to draw on local resources. Today, when the system is on, the screen will display modules for inventory management, contract management, outlay management, project management and data communication respectively. Just by clicking on each subsystem, various statistics reports and financial reports will be shown clearly on the screen. Users are of the view that it is much quicker and more convenient to allocate naval eletromechanical equipment by using the online system.
