Recently, the reporter noticed in a brigade stationed in Tibet that except during the military training time, the noise of roaring machine at the construction site of dormitory disappeared. During lunch break and at night, the barrack is quiet. Not long ago, the normal rest of the newly recruited soldiers was always disturbed by the roar of machine for constructing the officers' dormitory building. On learning this, the Party committee of the brigade decided quickly that the construction work should be suspended during the rest time to ensure the soldiers a good rest.
