An ordinance depot of the East China Sea Fleet gives full play to the role of NCOs in its efforts to explore new working mode for boosting its swift missile support capability. In order to solve the problem of lacking of technical personnel, the depot organize NCOs to learn several new skills on the basis of mastering the skills required by their own fields. Today every NCO can perform several tasks in each technological process, and skillfully accomplish their special tasks in light of the technological support process of each missile.
