In early December, experts specialized in psychological education research from more than 40 universities attended the Psychological Warfare Symposium held in the Shanghai Branch of the PLA Nanjing Political Institute. At the symposium, the participants put forward new requirements for officers and men with respect to their psychological quality under high-tech conditions, conducted an in-depth research on the characteristics of future psychological warfare, and made many valuable suggestions on how to establish a psychological education system and work out training modes in light of the characteristics of our army.
