The No. 263 Hospital of the Beijing Military Area Command passed the certification of International Quality Management System, and became one of hospitals whose system is integrated with International Quality Management System.
The hospital took the integration with international service quality standard as a main measure of improving its service standard. It set up quality control system and made progress step by step to reach the aim.
Taking quality control as the core, they make known to the public all the items of medical services and set up fees inquiry system as well as feedback mechanisms. Besides, they organized a questionnaire survey each quarter so as to make improvements on the basis of advice collection. At the same time, they provided much convenience for soldiers' medical care.
The hospital also carried out fully technical projects with improving service as the core. They successively introduced modern advanced medical equipment to the hospital such as nuclear magnetic resonance device, CR digital image system and set up ICU sickroom, which has helped to improve its medical treatment a lot.
