In light of the characteristics of the joint logistics support, a quartermaster warehouse of the Nanjing Military Area Command timely changed its work focus from single-mode clothing distribution to all-round efficient service support to troops. Every time materials are to be distributed, the quartermaster warehouse would first make detailed distribution plans, carefully train the storekeepers and seek suggestions from grassroots units. In addition, it has also established corresponding supervision and coordination mechanism. In the last 3 years, it has distributed over 100 different kinds of materials in more than 3 million packages without making a single mistake. As a result it was well received by the officers and men of various units.
