　　The Party committee of the military sub-command put the money to the construction of high-tech knowledge training center, library, military and political work network, LAN and automatic command center. At the same time, the military sub-command also raised nearly 200, 000 yuan to buy 30 computers and set up the online confrontation drilling center. It also decided to save some fund to support the self study of officers and men and encourage them to take some college and postgraduate courses.
