Wang Yong, a 4th-class noncommissioned officer and a senior repairman of a repair company under the Nanjing Military Area Command, was a skillful technician in his field and who has won awards in many technical skill contests. So far, he has trained more than 50 skillful repairmen. In the picture, Wang is imparting his experience on how to conduct technical measurement of the main clutch to his buddies.
