The "Admiral Panteleyev" anti-submarine destroyer arrived in Qingdao Port at 10:00 o'clock the day before yesterday and started a 5-day friendly visit to Qingdao.

　　The destroyer is led by the deputy commander of the Pacific Fleet of Russia and the officers and men involved in the visit come to 332.

　　The "Harbin" missile destroyer of a destroyer detachment of the North China Sea Fleet of the Chinese Navy conducted a maritime welcome ceremony and escorted the Russians destroyer during its visit. The "Harbin" missile destroyer attended the 300th anniversary celebration of the Russian Navy between July 26 to August 2, 1996 at the invitation of the Russian Navy. Then, "Admiral Panteleyev" anti-submarine destroyer escorted the "Harbin" missile destroyer during the visit.
