
¡¡¡¡Yin Wuping, commander of the Red Army Division of the Northwest China's Lanzhou Military Area Command, conducts his army during a practical training. Yin Wuping innovated traditional training methods and made the new ones based on a massive use of computers on which a simulated combat and network war game can be conducted. He also improved the training devise designed for training under anoxic conditions on an altitude of 2,000-4,000 meters above sea level. He led his division to the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau three times for practical training and obtained more than 500 pieces of data, including those related to the human existence and effectiveness of weapons under different altitudes, weathers and landforms. Yin, an Advanced Commander of the Lanzhou Military Area Command, has been given seven times the Army's third-class merit.
