Military delegations of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have arrived in Orenburg to hold talks and discuss preparations for the joint anti-terrorist command and staff exercise Peace Mission-2021, which will be held in September at the Donguz training ground.
The delegates will discuss the concept of the exercise, the plan of practical actions at the training ground in the Orenburg region, as well as the composition of the forces and means that will be involved in a joint anti-terrorist operation by groupings of troops (forces) of the SCO member states.
The delegations will also coordinate the transfer of military equipment and units to the territory of Russia. A plan of cultural and sports events held during the exercise will be developed.
